God Said Yes!

You have been waiting for permission. It was already given.

God Said Yes!™ is an invitation to rediscover timeless spiritual principles. It is not a critique of churches. It is a call to courageous, faithful action. Many of us spend years waiting for a sign, a word, a confirmation — but purpose, creativity, stewardship, courage, service, and the capacity to contribute have already been entrusted to us. The question is not whether God said yes. The question is whether we will.

What We Teach

God Said Yes! draws respectfully from Scripture, timeless universal principles, personal experience, and philosophical insight — always clearly distinguished.

Biblical Teaching

Scripture read in context. The wisdom and instruction of the Bible applied to modern life — honestly, not selectively.

Timeless Principles

Stewardship. Courage. Integrity. Service. Wisdom. Truth. These principles transcend any single tradition and have been tested across centuries.

Personal Interpretation

Cecil's lived experience, spiritual journey, and application of these principles — shared as testimony, never as doctrine.

Core Themes

Overcoming Fear Through Faith

Faith is not the absence of fear. It is the decision to move despite it.

Stewardship as Worship

What you have been given — time, talent, resources — is not yours. It is entrusted.

Purpose Is Already Given

You were created with intention. Discovery, not invention, is the work.

Courageous Action

Faith without works is dead. The Cobra whispers delay. God Said Yes means move.

Service Over Self

The highest purpose of wealth, talent, and influence is to serve others.

Legacy Through Wisdom

Leave wisdom before wealth. What outlives you is what you taught, not what you earned.

Cecil's Story

The Cobra did not win. Every chapter is evidence.

Growing Up & Mama Jones

Removed from home as a child. Raised by a grandmother who instilled faith, discipline, and resilience. Mama Jones didn't just teach Scripture — she lived it. Her home was the first seminary. Her life was the first sermon.

The Marine Corps

The Marine Corps taught discipline, courage under fire, and the difference between fear and response. But it also taught something unexpected: the wars we fight inside are often older and more persistent than any battlefield enemy.

Business, Failure & Foreclosure

Success was not immediate. Businesses failed. The house was foreclosed. There were seasons where everything looked like defeat. But faith does not guarantee immediate victory. It guarantees that defeat is never final.

Cancer

A diagnosis that stops most people. Instead of breaking, it clarified. Cancer asked the question: what have you been doing with what you were given? Recovery became not just physical but spiritual, professional, relational. A complete rebuild.

Marriage, Family & Rebuilding

Through it all — a wife who believed, children who watched their father rebuild, and a family legacy that is being written in real time. The war is over. The Cobra did not win. God Said Yes. Now it is our turn to say yes.

"God Said Yes! explores the idea that purpose, creativity, stewardship, courage, service, and the capacity to contribute have already been entrusted to us. The challenge is overcoming fear and living faithfully through action. We teach respectfully. We present Scripture carefully. We distinguish clearly between Biblical teaching, personal interpretation, and insights drawn from other philosophical works."
