The framework layer. TWIO provides the structured methodology: WAR → REALIZATION → REBUILD. It explains why people get stuck and how they can move forward through awareness, decision, and aligned action.

The application layer. Rebuild Sessions are structured workshops where participants apply the framework in a community setting. They provide guided practice with tools and peer reflection.

The community layer. PODF handles outreach initiatives, community partnerships, and the development of free educational resources for underserved populations.
